Last updated: September 2026. This covers the waitlist only. The app will have its own policy when it launches.

What we collect

When you join the waitlist we keep what you type into the form: your email address, and if you choose to give them, your phone number, your role (coach, athlete, gym owner or parent) and your Instagram handle. If you arrived from an Instagram message, the link may carry your handle so we can match you up.

What we use it for

• To email you when MVMT.COACH launches.
• If you ticked the updates box, to send a few emails before launch: sneak peeks and launch news.
• If you gave a phone number and agreed to texts, to text you about the launch.

We do not sell your details or share them with anyone outside the tools we use to run the waitlist.

Where it lives

Form entries are collected by Tally and stored in our Notion workspace. Emails are sent through our email provider. Each of these has its own privacy policy.

Leaving the list

Every email has an unsubscribe link. To be removed entirely, message us on Instagram or reply to any email and we will delete your entry.
